For orders shipped outside Europe, customs duties, taxes and collection fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original Neeve tags attached and in original packaging.
Important: Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Return
Start your return using our automated return portal, then:
- Place item(s) in the original shipping box or packaging
- Include your original receipt or order confirmation
- Seal securely and attach the return label from the portal
- Drop off at your nearest post office
We recommend using traceable shipping and retaining your tracking receipt. Returns are processed within 5 working days of arrival at our warehouse. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost packages: Neeve is not responsible for parcels lost in transit. We have no visibility into your return until it reaches our facility.
Exchanges
Items may be exchanged for the same style in a different size or color (subject to availability). Your original order will be refunded to the payment method used. Exchanges for different styles are not possible—please place a new order online.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and send the correct item as soon as possible.
