Outside Europe: For all orders with destination outside of Europe the customs, taxes, duties, and collection fees may be applicable. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Neeve. These extra fees are not included in the total price of the order.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned within 28 days from the date of delivery. Please return all items in their original packaging and with the original hangtags.
All returns should be accompanied by the return form. You can download the return form here. Unidentifiable returns may not be possible to refund. Returns will be handled within 5 working days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
- All products must be unworn, unused, unaltered, undamaged and unwashed.
- All products must have all Neeve tags still attached.
- Shipping back to our warehouse is at the customers’ own cost.
An item can be exchanged for the same style in a different size or colour when available. The old invoice will be credited and refunded to the account it was paid from. Exchanging an item for a different style is not possible. In that case the order will be refunded. Any new items can be bought in our online store.
- Place the item(s) in the original shipping box/pack
- Enclose the completed return form with the original receipt
- Close the box or pack and tape it securely
- Cut the address label from the return form and stick it on the front of the parcel
- Drop your parcel off at the nearest post office
Neeve recommends sending your return with traceable post, so please keep track & trace the receipt to track your order. We have no information on your return while it is on its way to us. Lost packages will not be refunded.
If Neeve has sent the wrong item or an item appears to be defective upon arrival, notify Neeve within 7 days of receiving the item(s). We will refund the return shipping costs and send you the new and correct items as soon as possible.
Items on sale cannot be returned and refunded.
