Shipping

We ship your order within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on Friday are dispatched by Monday at the latest. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All prices include VAT.

Please note: we do not deliver on Sundays, Mondays or public holidays.

Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are outside the EU VAT area. Import duties and VAT may be charged on delivery. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Orders shipped to non-EU countries (including the UK, Norway and Switzerland) and outside Europe may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and collection fees upon arrival. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 28 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original Neeve tags attached.

Items bought on sale, can be returned within 14 days of receipt instead of 28 days. Start your return in our returns portal. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Sale items cannot be exchanged. Please return items as you received them: unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. If an item has been used beyond trying it on, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

How to Return

Start your return using our return portal, then:

  1. Place item(s) in the original shipping box or packaging
  2. Include your order confirmation
  3. Seal securely and attach the return label from the portal
  4. Drop off at your nearest parcel point

Returns are processed within 5 working days of arrival at our warehouse. Return shipping costs are your own. We recommend using traceable shipping and keeping your proof of shipment.

Exchanges

Items may be exchanged for the same style in a different size or colour (subject to availability). Your original item is refunded to the payment method used, and you place a new order for the item you want. Exchanges for different styles are not possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at allabout@neeve.com. We will cover return shipping costs and send the correct item as soon as possible.
