• Where do you produce your garments?

Our entire collection is being produced in the northern part of Portugal near Porto.

• What is the meaning of GOTS?

GOTS stands for: Global Organic Textile Standard and is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent certification of the entire textile supply chain.

• I have placed an order. When can I expect my package?

All orders will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours when in stock. No deliveries on Sunday & Monday. See our shipping & returns page for other countries.

• Why do I see prices in a different currency?  

We display prices in your local currency so you have a clear sense of what you're paying. All payments are processed in euros. The exact amount charged in your currency may differ slightly depending on the exchange rate applied by your bank at the time of payment.

• In which currency will I be refunded? 

Refunds are always issued in euros. The currency you were actually charged in.
The equivalent in your local currency may differ slightly from the amount originally shown, due to exchange rate fluctuations.
